No, appointments are not required for the walk-in clinic. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Wait times can vary, so it is preferable to call or book appointment.

You can book an appointment by calling us or by submitting appointment form. If you are not registred patient with Family doctor and want to make one then you might have to fill form on your first visit.

Always bring your OHIP card (health card), if you have one and a list of all your current medications or actual medication containers (including over-the-counter and supplements), if you talking any.

Family Doctor: Provides comprehensive, ongoing care (preventive health, chronic disease management, regular checkups, referrals) because they know your full medical history.
Walk-In Clinic: Provides quick, episodic care for minor, acute illnesses or injuries (colds, flu, minor infections, simple cuts/burns) when your family doctor is unavailable or if you don't have one.

You should go directly to the Emergency Room (or call 911) for life-threatening or severe issues like: Chest pain or difficulty breathing, Signs of stroke (face drooping, arm weakness, speech difficulty) or Severe bleeding or head injuries, etc.
